Initial commit: JRZ NFC Cloner

Android NFC app with read, write, clone and HCE emulation.
Supports NDEF, NFC-V (ISO 15693), MIFARE Ultralight and Classic.
Dark cyan Material3 theme with edge-to-edge layout.
